Several things about the NAVIX planning model are unique. As the NAVIX MAP below illustrates, we follow two paths simultaneously. We analyze and focus on improving the business’s attractiveness to buyers. And we focus on the person including identifying the ideal “when,” managing personal risk, defining and calculating financial freedom, taking steps to minimize the impact of taxes and exploring what comes next,
Traditionally there are four ways to exit a business: a sale to an outside buyer; a sale to employees, including ESOP; passing to a family member; or an orderly liquidation. Not every aspect of exiting is appropriate for each type of exit. You will note that our model provides a unique path for each of the four ways.
We are always happy to talk about our model in greater detail. Please visit the “contact” page to start the conversation.
