The NAVIX Model
There are many aspects of the NAVIX model that are unique. Primarily, as seen in the NAVIX Planning Map, we follow and support two pathways: the business and the owner.
Traditionally there are 4 ways to exit a business: a sale to an outside buyer; a sale to an employee, including ESPO; passing to a family member or an orderly liquidation.
